Couple's Portrait

Discernment Counseling

Discernment Counseling is a new way of helping couples where one person is “leaning out” of the relationship—and not sure that regular marriage counseling would help--and the other is "leaning in”—interested in rebuilding the marriage.  I will help you decide whether to try to restore your marriage to health, move toward divorce, or take a time out and decide later.  The goal is for you to gain clarity and confidence about a direction, based on a deeper understanding of your relationship and its possibilities for the future.  Counseling is short term and structured, 1-5 sessions.

Hands Holding Heart

C0-parenting Mediation

Co-parenting can be challenging, especially during the difficult transition of separation divorce. It’s essential to prioritize open communication and mutual respect to ensure a healthy environment for your children.  I can help create an age appropriate narrative to share news, navigate the legal process with you, and mediate a family specific parenting plan.

Business Meeting

Collaborative Divorce Coach

Collaborative Practice is a new model of family law that offers families an alternative to litigation. The Collaborative Process is very effective at fostering creative solutions to parenting issues and property and financial issues.  As a Collaborative Divorce Coach, I help couples navigate the emotional aspects of the divorce that naturally come up in the process.  I remain a neutral party helping the couple reach the finish line collaboratively.
